摘要

目的 探讨红香丹颈肩腰腿痛型医用退热凝胶外敷在急性外伤性软组织损伤患者中的疗效.方法 40例急性外伤性软组织损伤患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组20例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用红香丹颈肩腰腿痛型医用退热凝胶外敷治疗.比较两组的临床效果,治疗前后的Lowa评分,生活质量评分.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为100.00％,高于对照组的80.00％,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组Lowa评分(92.90±0.52)分高于对照组的(83.83±0.55)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组情绪评分、症状评分、社会限制评分、生活质量总分分别为(25.86±3.17)、(27.34±2.25)、(27.09±4.11)、(80.29±3.42)分,显著高于对照组的(18.94±4.08)、(20.56±2.64)、(21.70±4.59)、(61.20±2.29)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 红香丹颈肩腰腿痛型医用退热凝胶外敷在急性外伤性软组织损伤患者中的疗效显著,可以降低疼痛和促进生活质量改善.

Abstract

Objective To explore the efficacy of external application of Hongxiangdan neck shoulder waist leg pain medical antipyretic gel in patients with acute traumatic soft tissue injury. Methods 40 patients with acute traumatic soft tissue injury were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received external application of Hongxiangdan neck shoulder waist leg pain medical antipyretic gel on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects,Lowa score and the quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of 100.00％ in the observation group was higher than 80.00％ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,Lowa score of (92.90±0.52) points in the observation group was higher than (83.83±0.55) points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life for emotion score,symptom score,social restriction score and total score were (25.86±3.17),(27.34±2.25),(27.09±4.11) and (80.29±3.42) points in the observation group,which were significantly higher than (18.94±4.08),(20.56±2.64),(21.70±4.59) and (61.20±2.29) points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The external application of Hongxiangdan neck shoulder waist leg pain medical antipyretic gel is effective in patients with acute traumatic soft tissue injury,which can reduce pain and promote the improvement of quality of life of patients.
