Study on effect of swallowing rehabilitation training under standard swallowing function assessment on stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction
Objective To study the effect of swallowing rehabilitation training under standard swallowing function assessment on stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction. Methods A total of 60 stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction were selected as the research subjects. According to the order of admission, they were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given basic care and routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group was given swallowing rehabilitation training under standard swallowing function assessment. Comparison was made on the rehabilitation effect, nutritional indexes before and after rehabilitation training, and the occurrence of adverse events after rehabilitation training between the two groups. Results The total recovery rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),in which the total recovery rate of the observation group was 96.67% and the total recovery rate of the control group was 76.67%. Before rehabilitation training, there were no significant differences in serum albumin, hemoglobin, triglyceride, prealbumin and transferrin between the two groups (P>0.05). After rehabilitation training, the observation group had serum albumin of (39.22±1.92) g/L,hemoglobin of (107.11±6.12) g/L,prealbumin of (0.32±0.01) g/L,and transferrin of (2.77±0.21) g/L,which were significantly higher than (35.23±1.21),(95.31±6.21),(0.24±0.03),and (2.54±0.25) g/L in the control group;the triglyceride of (1.42±0.51) mmol/L in the observation group was lower than (1.65±0.32) mmol/L in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events after rehabilitation training was 3.33% in the observation group, which was lower than 23.33% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction, swallowing rehabilitation training under standard swallowing function assessment can meet the needs of patients and help to improve the related symptoms of patients. Therefore, this model can be popularized.
