Observation on the effect of staged rehabilitation treatment on the recovery of shoulder joint function in patients with rotator cuff injury after arthroscopic surgery
Objective To observe the effect of staged rehabilitation treatment on the recovery of shoulder joint function in patients with rotator cuff injury after arthroscopic surgery. Methods 70 patients with rotator cuff injury after arthroscopic surgery were divided into a research group and a control group according to random numerical table, each with 35 cases. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training, and the research group was treated with staged rehabilitation treatment. The shoulder joint function score before and after treatment, and the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of pain, daily living ability, limb motion, muscle strength and total score in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment;in the research group, the pain score was (14.18±2.29) points, the daily living ability score was (15.44±2.60) points, the limb motion score was (29.36±3.06) points, the muscle strength score was (16.82±2.11) points, and the total score was (75.80±6.53) points, which were higher than (11.44±2.03),(12.17±2.36),(24.16±5.33),(14.50±3.06),and (62.27±7.29) points in the control group;there were significant differences (P<0.05). The total effective rate of 100.00% in the research group was significantly higher than 82.86% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with rotator cuff injury after arthroscopic surgery, staged rehabilitation treatment can significantly improve the function of the shoulder joint and enhance the treatment effect.
