Implementation points and effects of postoperative rehabilitation training after strabismus surgery
Objective To explore the implementation points and effects of postoperative rehabilitation training after strabismus surgery. Methods 60 patients after strabismus surgery were divided into a control group (n=30) and an experimental group (n=30) according to different methods of postoperative rehabilitation training. The control group received TSJ-3 synoptic motor visual function training after surgery,while the experimental group received binocular visual rehabilitation training after surgery. The visual function,strabismus and eye position were compared between the two groups. Results At 7 d after training,the comparison data of stereoscopic,simultaneous,and fusion functions between the experimental group and the control group were relatively close,and there was no statistical value (P>0.05). At 3 months after surgery,the percentage of stereoscopic,simultaneous,and fusion functions in the experimental group increased compared with that at 7 d after the training,and the percentage of stereoscopic,simultaneous,and fusion functions were 93.33%,63.33%,and 86.67% in the experimental group,which were higher than 50.00%,30.00%,and 60.00% in the control group,and there was a statistical value (P<0.05). At 3 months after training,the percentage of strabismus ≤30 △ was 90.00% in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than 46.67% in the control group,and there was statistical value (P<0.05). At 3 months after training,the incidence of undercorrection,orthosis and overcorrection in the experimental group were 6.67%,90.00% and 3.33%,and those in the control group were 26.67%,53.33% and 20.00%. At 3 months after training,compared with the control group,the incidence of orthosis in the experimental group was higher,while the incidence of overcorrection and undercorrection was lower,and there was statistical value (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing rehabilitation training for patients after strabismus surgery can help improve their visual function and strabismus,with fewer cases of overcorrection and undercorrection and higher safety. Therefore,it can be applied and promoted in training after strabismus treatment.
