The effectiveness and safety analysis of Angiojet thrombectomy system combined with catheter-directed thrombolysis in treating acute lower limb deep vein thrombosis after laparoscopic surgery
Objective To investigate the influence of Angiojet thrombectomy system and catheter-directed thrombolysis (CDT) on patients with acute lower limb deep vein thrombosis (DVT) after laparoscopic surgery. Methods 60 patients with acute DVT after laparoscopic surgery were selected and randomly divided into a control group (n=30) and an observation group 9n=30) using random number table method. The control group underwent CDT,and the observation group received Angiojet thrombectomy system treatment based on the control group..Comparison was made on the thrombolysis status, limb circumference difference, sleep quality, quality of life, and occurrence of complications between the two groups. Results The observation group had better thrombolysis than that of the control group (P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the observation group had thigh circumference difference of (2.39±0.27) cm and calf circumference difference of (1.50±0.24) cm,which were smaller than (3.25±0.48) and (2.43±0.30) cm in the control group (P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scores of various dimensions in the observation group were lower comparing with in the control group, and the 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36) scores of various dimensions were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications was similar between the two groups (P>0.05).The complication rates were comparable between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The Angiojet thrombectomy system combined with CDT can more effectively clear thrombus in patients with acute DVT after laparoscopic surgery, reduce limb circumference difference, improve sleep quality and quality of life, and have no serious complications. It has certain application value and can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
