Clinical effect of microwave combined with extracorporeal vibration mechanical sputum evacuation in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in children aged 0-6 years
Objective To study the clinical effect of microwave combined with extracorporeal vibration mechanical sputum evacuation in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in children aged 0-6 years. Methods 60 children aged 0-6 years with community-acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with microwave combined with extracorporeal vibration mechanical sputum expectoration on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, disappearance time of clinical symptoms, occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of 90.00% in the observation group was higher than 63.33% in the control group (P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough, sputum, pulmonary rales, length of hospital stay and fever reduction time were (5.37±0.55),(6.48±0.46),(3.17±0.56),(7.88±0.45) and (3.78±0.42) d in the observation group, which were shorter than (6.36±0.59),(8.25±0.68),(4.16±0.43),(8.26±0.25) and (4.58±0.60) d in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).The recurrence rate of 6.67% in the observation group was lower than 26.67% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Microwave combined with extracorporeal vibration mechanical sputum evacuation in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in children aged 0-6 years has good clinical effect, which can shorten the recovery time of children and reduce recurrence rate, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
