Clinical study on laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones. Methods 68 patients with intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open surgery, while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. The treatment effect, perioperative indicators, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of 94.12% in the observation group was higher than 70.59% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the observation group, the intraoperative blood loss was (173.74±31.26) ml,the operation time was (127.45±30.09) min,the incision length was (5.02±0.86) cm,and the hospital stay was (7.84±2.16) d,which were better than (215.39±35.22) ml,(149.98±28.42) min,(10.96±2.16) cm,and (11.59±2.92) d in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group (5.88%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (38.24%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laparoscopic surgery in the clinical treatment of patients with intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones can improve the treatment effect, reduce complications, with less intraoperative blood loss, shorter operation time and hospital stay.It is worth vigorously promoting and popularizing in clinical practice.
