Analysis of the application value of 120 prehospital emergency care combined with in-hospital damage-control strategy in multiple injuries with pelvic fracture
Objective To explore the application value of 120 prehospital emergency care combined with in-hospital damage-control strategy in multiple injuries with pelvic fracture. Methods 80 patients with multiple injuries and pelvic fractures were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was given 120 prehospital emergency care combined with in-hospital damage-control strategy. The rescue effect, fracture reduction effect, quality of life score, complications and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups. Results The rescue success rate of 100.00% in the observation group was higher than 90.00% in the control group, and the mortality rate of 0 was lower than 10.00% in the control group (P<0.05).The percentage of displacement distance after fracture reduction ≤1 mm,>1 mm and ≤3 mm,and>3 mm in the observation group were 90.00%,7.50%,and 2.50%,and those in the control group were 35.00%,40.00%,and 25.00%;and the distance of displacement after fracture reduction in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of social function, physical function, emotional function, physical function, mental health, vitality, general health, and somatic pain in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The complication rate of 2.50% in the observation group was lower than 15.00% in the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction scores for communication situation, emergency treatment, emergency order, ward management, and clinical operation were (94.11±0.98),(95.32±0.99),(95.98±1.03),(96.01±1.02),and (97.12±0.91) points in the observation group, which were higher than (88.25±1.03),(85.52±1.06),(86.93±1.43),(90.11±1.27),and (91.03±1.12) points in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion 120 pre-hospital emergency care combined with in-hospital damage-control strategy has ideal therapeutic effect on patients with multiple injuries and pelvic fractures, which can improve the rescue effect, fracture reduction effect, quality of life, satisfaction, and reduce the occurrence of complications, and is worthy of promotion and application.
