Analysis of clinical effect of vitamin D combined dietary nutrition intervention in children's health care height promotion treatment
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of vitamin D combined dietary nutrition intervention in children's health care height promotion treatment. Methods A total of 20 preschool children aged 3-6 years old were randomly divided into an observation group (10 cases) and a control group (10 cases).Children in the control group received conventional dietary nutrition intervention, and children in the observation group were added vitamin D intervention on the basis of the control group. The growth and development (height, body mass),bone density[speed of sound (SOS) value,Z value]before intervention and 6 months after intervention, and parental satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After 6 months of intervention, the height and body mass of the observation group were (109.92±2.20) cm and (24.51±3.52) kg,which were higher than (107.63±2.43) cm and (21.43±2.34) kg of the control group (P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,Z value and SOS value of the observation group were (0.3±0.2) and (3696.75±214.08) m/s,which were higher than (0.1±0.1) and (3458.68±223.06) m/s of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D combined diet nutrition intervention can promote the growth and development of preschool children, improve the satisfaction of parents, and can be widely used.
