Effects of Lianpu Qingre Zaoshi Recipe combined with pantoprazole on PYY,IFN-γ and gastric acid secretion in patients with peptic ulcer
Objective To explore the effects of Lianpu Qingre Zaoshi Recipe combined with pantoprazole on peptide YY (PYY),interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and gastric acid secretion in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods 105 patients with peptic ulcer were divided into an experimental group (53 cases) and a control group (52 cases) by random numerical table.The control group was given pantoprazole treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Lianpu Qingre Zaoshi Recipe on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of efficacy,serum PYY,IFN-γ,gastric acid secretion function[basal acid output (BAO),maximal acid output (MAO) and peak acid output (PAO)]before and after treatment,improvement time of clinical symptoms,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of 90.57％ in the experimental group was higher than 75.00％ in the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of PYY and IFN-γ in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the serum levels of PYY and IFN-γ were (1.12±0.21) pmol/L and (140.12±17.35) ng/ml in the experimental groups,which were lower than (1.42±0.27) pmol/L and (163.31±16.58) ng/ml in the control group;and the differences were significant (P<0.05).After treatment,BAO,MAO and PAO in both groups were lower than those before treatment;BAO,MAO and PAO were (4.01±0.52),(8.01±2.12) and (11.34±3.21) mmol/h in the experimental group,which were lower than (5.16±0.63),(10.21±2.39) and (14.54±3.65) mmol/h in the control group;and the differences were significant (P<0.05).The improvement time of abdominal pain,acid reflux and epigastric burning sensation were (1.82±0.33),(2.38±0.30) and (2.13±0.37) d in the experimental group,which were shorter than (3.64±0.49),(4.15±0.57) and (3.75±0.51) d in the control group,and the differences were significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Lianpu Qingre Zaoshi Recipe combined with pantoprazol has significant effect in the treatment of peptic ulcer,which may be related to the effective improvement of PYY,IFN-γ levels and gastric acid secretion.
