Observation on the application effect of individualized speech rehabilitation function training in children with autism
Objective To explore the application effect of individualized speech rehabilitation function training in children with autism. Methods 60 children with autism were selected as research subjects and divided into an observation group (30 cases) and a control group (30 cases) according to random numerical table. The control group received routine training, and the observation group was given individualized speech rehabilitation function training based on the control group.Children in both groups were compared in terms of rehabilitation effect of speech ability, family satisfaction and scores of Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS),Social Anxiety Scale for Children (SASC) and Depression Self-rating Scale for Children (DSRSC) before and after training. Results After intervention, the percentages of "Yse" for language information, requirement assessment, naming assessment, imitation assessment, interactive language assessment, receptive language assessment, and imitation assessment were 96.67%,93.33%,93.33%,96.67%,93.33%,90.00%,and 96.67% in the observation group, which were significantly higher than 80.00%,73.33%,70.00%,80.00%,70.00%,66.67%,and 73.33% in the control group (P<0.05).After training, the scores of CARS,SASC and DSRSC in both groups were lower than those before training;the observation group had CARS score of (27.85±6.14) points,SASC score of (6.48±0.68) points and DSRSC score of (14.01±3.22) points, which were lower than (35.03±5.95),(8.39±0.71) and (17.19±4.25) points in the control group (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized speech rehabilitation function training can effectively promote the recovery of speech function in children with autism, reduce the degree of loneliness, social anxiety, and depressive disorders, and improve the satisfaction rate of the children's families at the same time.
