Observation on the efficacy of Yuxuebi tablets on lumbar disc herniation and its impact on inflammatory levels
Objective To explore the efficacy of Yuxuebi tablets on lumbar disc herniation and its impact on inflammatory levels.Methods Based on different treatment methods,86 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into the control group(n=43 cases,treated with flurbiprofen plaster)and the observation group(n=43 cases,treated with flurbiprofen plaster+Yuxuebi tablets).Comparison was made on therapeutic effect,inflammatory markers[interleukin-21(IL-21),interleukin-22(IL-22),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)],pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]and lumbar function[Oswestry disability index(ODI)]scores,level of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+)between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.70%(39/43),which was significantly higher than 72.09%(31/43)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had IL-21 of(30.27±4.26)pg/ml,IL-22 of(31.22±4.18)pg/ml,and TGF-β1 of(3.14±1.02)pg/ml,which were significantly lower than(41.02±4.85),(41.49±4.93),and(4.86±1.57)pg/ml in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS and ODI scores of the observation group were(2.14±1.02)and(17.12±5.53)points,which were significantly lower than(4.63±1.08)and(22.17±5.84)points of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had CD3+of(65.13±4.55)%,CD4+of(38.26±4.41)%,and CD4+/CD8+of(1.59±0.42),which were significantly higher than(60.36±4.24)%,(34.59±4.58)%,and(1.24±0.38)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,Yuxuebi tablets can effectively improve the inflammatory level,reduce the degree of pain,and effectively improve the lumbar function.It has significant comprehensive treatment effects,and is worth promoting and applying.
