Clinical efficacy analysis of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal tumors
Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal tumors. Methods A total of 72 patients with colorectal tumors were divided into a control group(36 cases, undergoing laparotomy)and an observation group(36 cases, undergoing laparoscopic surgery)according to random numerical table. The operative indicators, stress indicators and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results There was no difference in the number of lymph node dissection between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of(87.15±10.24)ml in the observation group was less than(111.15±16.23)ml in the control group;the operation time, recovery time of intestinal peristalsis, ambulation time and hospitalization time were(116.35±14.57)min,(24.72±3.16)h,(2.31±0.46)d and(12.34±2.11)d in the observation group, which were shorter than(171.26±20.58)min,(28.26±3.51)h,(3.02±0.58)d and(15.26±2.48)d in the control group(P<0.05).Preoperatively,there were no differences in the levels of epinephrine(E),cortisol(Cor),norepinephrine(NE)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)between the two groups(P>0.05).24 h postoperatively, the observation group had E of(230.26±41.85)μg/L,Cor of(631.25±74.26)mmol/L,NE of(39.67±8.54)μg/L,COR of(631.25±74.26)mmol/L,and NE of(39.67±8.54)μg/L,which were lower than(271.59±45.57)μg/L,(779.56±85.12)mmol/L,and(50.26±9.79)μg/L in the control group;SOD of(90.56±8.97)U/ml in the observation group was higher than(72.26±7.13)U/ml in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of 2.78%in the observation group was lower than 19.44%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for colorectal tumors is effective in reducing intraoperative blood loss, alleviating patients'physiological stress response, shortening operation time and postoperative recovery time, and it has fewer complications.
