Analysis of clinical effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of refractory negative symptoms of schizophrenia
Objective To explore the clinical effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of refractory negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods 60 cases of schizophrenia patients with refractory negative symptoms as the main manifestation were randomly divided into a control group(treated with antipsychotic drugs,30 cases)and an observation group(treated with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of antipsychotic drugs,30 cases). The Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)negative factor score and Brief Negative Symptom Scale(BNSS)score, clinical treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, the observation group had PANSS negative factor score of(35.80±8.42)points and BNSS score of(64.74±6.01)points;the control group had PANSS negative factor score of(35.73±8.45)points and BNSS score of(64.78±6.05)points.After treatment, the observation group had PANSS negative factor score of(22.06±6.14)points and BNSS score of(40.62±3.29)points;the control group had PANSS negative factor score of(27.47±3.29)points and BNSS score of(47.60±4.15)points.PANSS negative factor score and BNSS score in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had symptom improvement time of(15.75±2.39)d and hospitalization time of(50.25±6.25)d,which were shorter than(17.90±3.67)and(61.31±7.33)d in the control group;the Clinical Global Impression(CGI)score of(2.70±0.64)points in the observation group was lower than(3.89±1.27)points in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.33%,which had no significant difference compared with 20.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of refractory negative symptoms of schizophrenia is remarkable.
