中文摘要：目的围绕萍乡市安源区，分析其艾滋病(AIDS)流行病学特征，为此病防治提供依据与支撑。方法从中国疾病预防控制艾滋病综合防治信息系统当中，对萍乡市安源区 2020 年 1 月～2023 年11 月间的艾滋病数据[人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者与确诊病例]进行收集，以描述性流行病学法开展统计分析。结果在2020年1月～2023年11月间，萍乡市安源区共报告HIV感染/艾滋病80例。其中，52 例HIV感染者，28 例艾滋病患者;男性 63 例，女性 17 例;学历:大专及以上(占比最高 27 例)，其次为初中(24例);职业:家务及待业(占比最高30例)，商业服务居其次(15例);婚姻:未婚居于首位(33例)，已婚或有配偶位居第 2 位(31 例);样本来源:其他就诊者检测位居首位(37 例)，检测咨询位居其次(30 例);传播途径:同性传播最高(43 例)，异性传播居其次(35 例)。结论萍乡市安源区近年来的艾滋病疫情整体上呈现为低流行状态，传播途径主要是性传播(尤其是同性传播)，男性患病多于女性，且以大专及以上学历、家务及待业、未婚、其他就诊者检测居多，应采取可行措施，强化针对性防治，预防此病扩散。

外文摘要：Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)in Anyuan District of Pingxiang City,so as to provide basis and support for the prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods Data on AIDS[human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)-infected persons and confirmed cases]in Anyuan District,Pingxiang City,were collected from the China Comprehensive Information System for Disease Prevention and Control of AIDS from January 2020 to November 2023,and statistical analysis was carried out by descriptive epidemiological method.Results From January 2020 to November 2023,a total of 80 cases of HIV infection/AIDS were reported in Anyuan District of Pingxiang City.Among them,52 cases of HIV infection,28 cases of AIDS patients;there were 63 males and 17 females;education:college education or above accounted for the highest proportion(27 cases),followed by junior high school(24 cases);occupation:housework and unemployment accounted for the highest proportion(30 cases),followed by business services(15 cases);marriage:unmarried was in the first place(33 cases),and married or with a spouse was in the second place(31 cases);sample source:other clinic visits for testing(37 cases),followed by counseling(30 cases);routes of transmission:same-sex transmission was the highest(43 cases),followed by heterosexual transmission(35 cases).Conclusion In recent years,the AIDS epidemic in Anyang District of Pingxiang City has shown a low epidemic status as a whole,the main way of transmission is sexual transmission(especially same-sex transmission),male patients are more than female patients,and mostly are college education or above,housework and unemployment,unmarried,and others.Feasible measures should be taken to strengthen targeted prevention and control,and prevent the spread of this disease.
