Clinical efficacy observation of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction
Objective To analyze the effect of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 200 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random numerical table, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets, while the observation group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel tablets. The efficacy, occurrence of adverse reactions and disease-related indexes were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group(48.00%),the total effective rate of the observation group(70.00%)was higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(13.00%)was lower than that in the control group(26.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment, the observation group had endothelin-1 of(60.36±1.17)ng/L,hypersensitive C-reactive protein of(3.22±1.18)mg/L,erythrocyte aggregation index of(8.01±1.11),and platelet aggregation rate of(53.52±4.39)%,which were significantly lower than(66.28±2.04)ng/L,(7.17±1.26)mg/L,(11.02±1.21),and(60.24±5.25)%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of clopidogrel and aspirin enteric-coated tablets for the treatment of cerebral infarction has significant clinical efficacy, safety, and less adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
