Feasibility study on improving the quality of life and limb function of stroke patients with regular aspirin use combined with group intervention
Objective To explore the feasibility of regular aspirin use combined with group intervention to improve the quality of life and limb function of stroke patients. Methods A total of 100 stroke patients were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a study group and a control group by means of rolling dice, with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine intervention, and patients in the study group received regular aspirin use combined with group intervention on the basis of the control group. The quality of life score,Brunnstrom limb function score,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the quality of life scores in both groups was higher than that before the intervention, and the quality of life score of(43.20±16.51)points in the study group were higher than(36.98±11.81)points in the control group(p<0.05).After the intervention, the Brunnstrom scores of the affected upper extremity, hand and lower extremity in both groups were higher than those before the intervention;the Brunnstrom scores of the affected upper limb, hand, and lower limb were(2.89±0.98),(2.52±0.51),and(2.56±0.41)points in the study group, which were higher than(2.43±0.81),(2.22±0.49),and(2.33±0.51)points in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than those before the intervention;SAS score of(51.03±4.36)points and SDS score of(46.36±3.65)points in the study group were lower than(54.96±3.62)and(53.23±4.15)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of regular aspirin use and group intervention for stroke patients can improve the quality of life of patients, improve the limb function status of patients, and help alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients, which has certain promotion and application value.
