Effect analysis of drug combined with psychotherapy in patients with post-stroke sleep disorders
Objective To analyze the practical effect of drug combined with psychotherapy in patients with post-stroke sleep disorders. Methods A total of 70 patients with post-stroke sleep disorders were divided into the observation group(n=35 cases, odd number)and the control group(n=35 cases, even number)according to odd-even number method. The control group received conventional drug treatment, and the observation group received drug combined psychotherapy. Both groups were compared in terms of sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score],sleep progress[sleep latency(SL),total sleep time(TST),awake times(AT)]and sleep structure[rapid eye movement(REM),non-rapid eye movement(NREM)]before and after treatment. Results After treatment,PSQI score of(6.45±0.56)points in the observation group was lower than(11.30±2.29)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the observation group had SL of(25.69±7.59)min and AT of(4.60±1.07)times,which were shorter/less than(41.02±10.06)min and(5.92±1.28)times in the control group;TST of(360.18±29.98)min in the observation group was longer than(309.82±37.86)min in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the observation group had REM of(114.65±23.20)min and NREM stage S2 of(132.18±27.98)min,and NREM stage S3+S4 of(31.82±7.29)min,which were longer than(95.90±23.09),(109.82±18.86)and(17.95±5.32)min in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of drug combined with psychotherapy can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with post-stroke sleep disorders, and promote the improvement of sleep process and structure, which is worthy of popularization and application.
