Analysis of the impact of acupoint massage combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training on postpartum pelvic floor function
Objective To explore the impact of acupoint massage combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training on postpartum pelvic floor function. Methods 60 parturients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random numerical table, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation training, while the observation group received postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation training combined with acupoint massage. The pelvic floor muscle strength and pelvic floor function repair indicators were compared between two groups. Results After training, the pelvic floor muscle strength grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After training, the frequency of urinary incontinence, nocturia and vaginal muscle voltage of the observation group were(0.51±0.06)times/d,(0.59±0.07)times/d and(23.89±2.61)µV,while those of the control group were(1.08±0.12)times/d,(1.13±0.13)times/d and(16.35±1.97)µV.After training, the frequency of urinary incontinence, nocturia and vaginal muscle voltage of the two groups were better than those before training, and the observation group was better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training can improve postpartum pelvic floor function, promote pelvic floor muscle repair, and enhance pelvic floor muscle strength.
