The impact of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on functional recovery after knee joint injury
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on functional recovery after knee joint injury. Methods Using the method of medical allogeneic experiment observation,180 patients with knee joint injury were selected as the subjects of investigation.According to the differences in treatment methods, they were divided into a control group and an intervention group, each consisting of 90 patients. The control group received general treatment, and the intervention group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. The clinical efficacy and the score of knee joint related function index were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the intervention group was 98.89%(89/90),which was higher than 74.44%(67/90)of the control group, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The Tegner score of the intervention group was(9.2±0.3)points and the Lysholm score was(21.2±3.7)points,which were significantly higher than(7.8±0.5)and(19.1±4.6)points of the control group, and the international knee documentation committee(IKDC)score of(1.4±0.7)points was significantly lower than(3.6±0.9)points of the control group. There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy has definite clinical value for patients with knee joint injury, and can significantly improve the functional recovery scores of patients. It can be promoted and implemented as an effective treatment plan.
