Clinical efficacy of loop electrosurgical excisional procedure combined with colposcopy in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions in patients
Objective To analyze the effect of loop electrosurgical excisional procedure (LEEP) combined with colposcopy in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions in patients. Methods 60 patients with cervical precancerous lesions were randomly divided into an observation group (30 cases) and a control group (30 cases). The observation group was treated with LEEP combined colposcopy, and the control group was treated with conventional surgery. The clinical efficacy, levels of tumor and inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6),C-reactive protein (CRP)]before and after treatment, recurrence rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of 96.7% in the observation group was higher than 70.0% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the observation group had TNF-α of (31.18±3.25) μg/L,IL-6 of (90.18±3.12) μg/L and CRP of (21.18±3.24) mg/L,which were lower than (39.18±3.22) μg/L,(105.18±3.65) μg/L and (27.18±4.22) mg/L in the control group (P<0.05). The observation group had complication rate of 6.7% and recurrence rate of 3.3%,which were lower than 30.0% and 20.0% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion LEEP combined with colposcopy in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions can enhance clinical efficacy, improve inflammatory status and tumor cell levels, and lower the incidence of postoperative complications compared to conventional treatment, and prevent the recurrence after treatment. It is worth promoting and applying.
