The effect of cervical lifting suture in the treatment of cervical bleeding during cesarean section for placenta previa
Objective To explore the effect of cervical lifting suture in the treatment of cervical bleeding during cesarean section for placenta previa. Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical bleeding during cesarean section for placenta previa were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (cervical lifting suture) and a control group (local suture),with 50 cases in each group. The surgical indicators, complication rate and hysterectomy rate were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the operation time was (73.67±2.35) min and the hemostasis time was (16.56±1.45) min, which were shorter than (96.73±5.61) and (21.59±2.12) min in the control group;the intraoperative blood loss was (758.64±21.41) ml,the plasma input was (112.05±21.04) ml,the red blood cell suspension input was (429.88±27.62) ml and the 1-d postoperative vaginal bleeding was (99.68±18.70) ml,which were less than (876.84±32.13),(190.11±44.26),(538.47±43.06) and (168.52±22.30) ml in the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 4.00% and the hysterectomy rate was 0,which were lower than 16.00% and 8.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Cervical lifting suture has a significant effect on patients with cervical bleeding during cesarean section for placenta previa, and can improve the surgical indicators. It has high safety, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
