MSCT和X线摄影诊断尘肺的临床价值分析

目的 探究多层螺旋CT(MSCT)和X线摄影诊断尘肺的临床价值。方法 60例尘肺患者作为研究对象,均给予X线摄影、MSCT诊断。对比两种方法的诊断准确率、影像学特征检出率。结果 MSCT的诊断准确率93。33%明显高于X线摄影的73。33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。MSCT对肺内钙化影、大阴影、纵隔淋巴结、支气管充气征的检出率分别为81。67%、85。00%、71。67%、78。33%,明显高于X线摄影的53。33%、66。67%、53。33%、60。00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 相较于X线摄影,MSCT对尘肺的诊断准确性和影像学特征检出率更高,值得广泛应用。
Analysis of clinical value of MSCT and X-ray in diagnosis of pneumoconiosis
Objective To investigate the clinical value of multislice spiral CT (MSCT) and X-ray in diagnosis of pneumoconiosis. Methods 60 cases of pneumoconiosis were studied,all of which were diagnosed by X-ray and MSCT. The diagnostic accuracy and detection rate of imaging feature of the two methods were compared. Results The diagnostic accuracy of MSCT (93.33%) was significantly higher than that of X-ray (73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The detection rates of MSCT for intrapulmonary calcified shadows,large shadows,mediastinal lymph nodes,and bronchial congestion sign were 81.67%,85.00%,71.67% and 78.33%,which were significantly higher than 53.33%,66.67%,53.33% and 60.00% of X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with X-ray,MSCT has a higher diagnostic accuracy and higher detection rate of imaging features for pneumoconiosis,which is worthy of wide application.
