Effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia with low-dose ropivacaine and sufentanil on the incidence of adverse events in women with painless delivery
Objective To explore the effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia with low-dose ropivacaine and sufentanil on the incidence of adverse events in women with painless delivery. Methods 64 women with painless delivery were selected for study, and divided into a control group (32 cases, pidural anesthesia with low-dose ropivacaine and sufentanil) and an observation group (32 cases, combined spinal-epidural anesthesia with low-dose ropivacaine and sufentanil) according to random numerical table. The incidence of adverse events (tachycardia, chills, tenderness, vomiting) was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with 25.00% in the control group, the incidence of adverse events was lower in the observation group at 6.25% (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia with low-dose ropivacaine and sufentanil can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events in women with painless delivery.
