Analysis of the application value of Wuzhuju Reyanbao therapy combined with perineal compression in the rehabilitation after transabdominal preperitoneal herniorrhaphy
Objective To explore the application value of Wuzhuju Reyanbao therapy combined with perineal compression in the rehabilitation after transabdominal preperitoneal herniorrhaphy (TAPP). Methods 110 patients treated with TAPP were divided into traditional group and combined group by red and blue ball method, each with 55 cases. The traditional group was given conventional nursing intervention after surgery, and the combined group was given Wuzhuju Reyanbao therapy combined with perineal compression on the basis of the traditional group. The postoperative rehabilitation, complications, nursing satisfaction and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results In the combined group, the postoperative first exhaust time, the first eating time, the ambulation time and the length of hospital stay were (5.76±1.53) h,(7.38±1.86) h,(6.57±1.69) h and (5.31±0.64) d,which were shorter than (8.31±2.06) h,(10.21±2.26) h,(9.33±2.11) h and (6.86±1.37) d in the traditional group;the visual analogue scale (VAS) score of (2.31±0.43) points in the combined group was lower than (2.86±0.56) points in the traditional group (P<0.05). Compared with the traditional group (20.00%),the complication rate in the combined group (3.64%) was lower (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of physiological function, bodily pain and energy of the two groups were improved compared with those before intervention, and the improvement was greater in the combined group (P<0.05). Compared with the traditional group (83.64%),the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the combined group (98.18%) was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion In the rehabilitation of patients treated with TAPP,the application of Wuzhuju Reyanbao therapy combined with perineal compression can significantly improve the postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
