Observation on application effect of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema rehabilitation nursing model in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease
Objective To analyze the application effect of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema rehabilitation nursing model in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 70 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected as the study subjects and divided into an observation group (35 cases,conventional nursing+oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema rehabilitation nursing) and a control group (35 cases,conventional nursing) by random number table method. The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,quality of life score and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing,the scores of lumbosacral soreness,vaginal discharge over-volume,lower abdominal distension and low heat and fatigue were (0.84±0.52),(1.01±0.53),(0.92±0.45) and (0.82±0.35) points in the observation group,which were lower than (1.35±0.32),(1.73±0.56),(1.32±0.38) and (1.45±0.35) points in the control group,and there was significant difference (P<0.05). After nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological function,material life status and social function were (82.04±7.52),(84.97±4.34),(74.81±4.31) and (75.59±4.14) points in the observation group,which were higher than (72.35±5.52),(74.66±5.36),(69.21±5.35) and (68.94±4.22) points in the control group,and there was significant difference (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of 94.29％ in the observation group was higher than 74.29％ in the control group,and there was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine retention enema rehabilitation nursing model is beneficial for improving traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and improving their quality of life and satisfaction.
