After 1 month of intervention, the scores of meibomian gland loss, opening signs and lipid secretion traits in both groups were lower than those before intervention;compared with the conventional group[(1.52±0.35),(1.41±0.31) and (1.48±0.33) points],the decline in scores of meibomian gland loss, opening signs and lipid secretion traits were more significantly in the combined group[(0.90±0.26),(0.83±0.23) and (0.87±0.24) points](P<0.05). After 1 month of intervention, the scores of Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) and Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) in both groups were lower than those before intervention;compared with (13.51±3.10) and (15.68±3.37) points in the conventional group, the reduction in GAD-7 score and PHQ-9 score was greater in the combined group[(10.22±2.84) and (12.30±3.03) points](P<0.05). After 1 month of intervention, the scores of symptoms and visual function, spiritual psychology, social function, and physical function in both groups were higher than those before intervention;compared with the conventional group, the combined group showed a greater improvement in scores of symptoms and visual function, spiritual psychology, social function, and physical function in the combined group (P<0.05).
