Clinical comparison of different floating needle therapies for the treatment of cervical vertigo
Objective To explore the clinical effect of different floating needle therapies for the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods 100 patients with cervical vertigo were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received ordinary floating needle treatment, while the observation group received floating needle reperfusion therapy. The curative effect, pain severity and carotid artery Doppler examination[peak systolic velocity(PSV)and end diastolic velocity(EDV)]were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 86.00%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The pain severity in the observation group after treatment was lighter than that in the control group(Z=4.831,P<0.05).After treatment, the PSV and EDV in both groups were higher than those before treatment;the observation group had PSV of(96.68±5.07)cm/s and EDV of(37.25±6.58)cm/s,which were higher than(87.25±7.84)and(30.20±7.65)cm/s in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Floating needle reperfusion therapy has significant clinical effects in the treatment of cervical vertigo, which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients.Compared with ordinary floating needle therapy,it can more effectively alleviate pain and improve cerebral blood supply deficiency. Therefore, the floating needle reperfusion therapy is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
