Observation on the clinical effect of digital subtraction angiography combined with interventional therapy on acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease
Objective To explore the application effect of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)combined with interventional therapy on acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods 60 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease were collected and divided into interventional treatment group and drug treatment group according to random numerical table, with 80 cases in each group. Both groups were given digital subtraction angiography. The drug treatment group was given conventional drug treatment, and the interventional treatment group was treated with interventional therapy. The results of angiography, treatment effect and neurological function scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in results of digital subtraction angiography(P>0.05).The total effective rate of 95.00%in the interventional treatment group was higher than 85.00%in the drug treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score in both groups was lower than that before treatment, and NIHSS score of(12.56±3.25)points in the interventional treatment group was lower than(18.65±3.27)points in the drug treatment group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Digital subtraction angiography combined with interventional therapy has a more ideal therapeutic effect and greater clinical promotion value for patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
