目的 探讨MUS-3600全自动尿液分析系统检测在泌尿系统感染中的诊断价值。方法 选取 631 例尿液标本,进行尿液细菌培养和MUS-3600 全自动尿液分析系统检测(干化学和有形成分检测)。以细菌培养结果为参考金标准,观察MUS-3600 全自动尿液分析系统检测分析系统检测的特异性、敏感性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及准确性。结果 MUS-3600 全自动尿液分析系统检测结果为阳性356 例,阴性 275 例;尿液培养结果阳性 336 例,阴性 295 例。MUS-3600 全自动尿液分析系统检测泌尿系统感染的敏感性为 87。5%(294/336),特异性为 79。0%(233/295),阳性预测值为 82。6%(294/356),阴性预测值为 84。7%(233/275),准确性为 83。5%(527/631)。结论 尿干化学分析法与尿有形成分联合分析可以提高泌尿系统感染诊断的特异性与敏感性,MUS-3600 全自动尿液分析系统检测结果在泌尿系统细菌感染诊断的临床应用价值显著,可应用在临床诊疗中。
Diagnostic value of MUS-3600 automatic urinalysis system test in urinary tract infection
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MUS-3600 automatic urinalysis system test in urinary tract infection.Methods 631 urine specimens were selected for MUS-3600 automatic urinalysis system test(urine bacterial culture and dry chemical and formed element test).The specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of the MUS-3600 automatic urinalysis system test were observed using the bacterial culture results as the gold standard.Results The results of MUS-3600 automatic urinalysis system test was positive in 356 cases and negative in 275 cases;the results of urine culture was positive in 336 cases and negative in 295.The sensitivity of MUS-3600 automatic urinalysis system test for urinary tract infections was 87.5%(294/336),the specificity was 79.0%(233/295),the positive predictive value was 82.6%(294/356),the negative predictive value was 84.7%(233/275),and the accuracy was 83.5%(527/631).Conclusion Urine dry chemical combined with urine formed element analysis can improve the specificity and sensitivity for the diagnosis of urinary tract infection.The results of MUS-3600 automatic urinalysis system test have significant clinical application value in the diagnosis of bacterial infections in the urinary tract,and can be used in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
