Effect of enoxaparin sodium combined with labetalol on uterine artery blood flow and endothelial function in pregnant women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy
Objective To analyze the effect of enoxaparin sodium combined with labetalol on uterine artery blood flow and endothelial function in pregnant women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP).Methods 98 women with HDP were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,each consisting 49 cases.Both groups received conventional symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with labetalol,and the study group was treated with enoxaparin sodium combined with labetalol.The blood pressure level,uterine artery blood flow index,vascular endothelial function and therapeutic effect before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the study group had systolic blood pressure of(120.39±6.08)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and diastolic blood pressure of(83.32±3.49)mm Hg,which were lower than(129.75±6.30)and(86.58±3.21)mm Hg in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the study group had PI of(0.79±0.10)and RI of(0.42±0.05),which were lower than(0.85±0.11)and(0.49±0.07)in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the nitric oxide increased and endothelin decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment;the endothelin level of(35.34±12.25)ng/L in the study group was lower than(48.63±14.19)ng/L in the control group,and the nitric oxide level of(51.29±5.23)μmol/L was higher than(40.81±5.16)μmol/L in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.92%,which was higher than 83.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Labetalol combined with enoxaparin sodium for HDP can improve uterine artery blood flow and vascular endothelial function of patients,and the efficacy is significant.
