Study on clinical effect of olanzapine combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of olanzapine combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 72 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 36 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with olanzapine combined with aripiprazole, and the control group was treated with olanzapine. The positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)score, clinical efficacy, occurrence of adverse reactions and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,PANSS score of(50.21±6.39)points in the experimental group was lower than(62.54±7.14)points in the control group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 94.44%in the experimental group was higher than 75.00%in the control group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 2.78%in the experimental group was significantly lower than 19.44%in the control group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the life quality score of(87.92±2.51)points in the experimental group was higher than(80.31±3.62)points in the control group, and and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment with olanzapine and aripiprazole for schizophrenia has a lower incidence of adverse reactions, better quality of life, more obvious improvement in efficacy, and more rapid symptom relief, and is worth promoting.
