Clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine method of activating blood circulation and removing blood-stasis on uterine fibroids
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine method of activating blood circulation and removing blood-stasis on uterine fibroids.Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroids were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine method of activating blood circulation and removing blood-stasis.The serum hormone level,symptom score and ultrasound results before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions after medication were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum hormone levels and symptom scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the size of the uterus and uterine fibroids under ultrasound were significantly smaller than those before treatment in this group;the serum hormone levels and symptom scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the size of the uterus and uterine fibroids under ultrasound were smaller than those in the control group;there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 96.67%in the study group was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 3.33%in the study group was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine method of activating blood circulation and removing blood-stasis in the treatment of uterine fibroid patients can reduce the serum hormone level,relieve related symptoms,while the ultrasound examination shows that the size of the uterus and uterine fibroids is reduced,and there are fewer adverse reactions after medication,which makes the treatment effect better and is worthy of clinical promotion.
