Analysis of therapeutic effect of compound Huangbai liquid combined with red light on erysipelas
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of compound Huangbai liquid combined with red light on erysipelas.Methods 50 patients with erysipelas were randomly divided into an observation group(conventional treatment and compound Huangbai liquid combined with red light treatment)and a control group(conventional treatment combined with compound Huangbai liquid treatment),each with 25 cases.The time of symptom disappearance,quality of life score,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of skin temperature and the disappearance time of skin lesion and pain in the observation group were(2.10±0.54),(5.35±1.47)and(5.77±1.67)d,which were shorter than(4.12±1.23),(8.02±2.26)and(9.19±3.21)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The social,physical,environmental and psychological scores of the observation group were(27.55±5.18),(25.36±5.41),(24.67±5.43)and(24.50±5.47)points,which were higher than(18.20±4.26),(17.25±4.11),(17.28±4.14)and(17.26±4.91)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%(24/25),which was higher than 72.00%(18/25)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.00%(1/25),which was lower than 32.00%(8/25)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with erysipelas,combined treatment with compound Huangbai liquid and red light can significantly improve the time of symptom disappearance,improve the quality of life,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve clinical efficacy,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
