Observation on the effect of systematic pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise in postpartum rehabilitation training
Objective To observe the effect of systematic pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise in postpartum rehabilitation training. Methods A retrospective analysis of 200 patients receiving postpartum rehabilitation training as research subjects, randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given postpartum routine rehabilitation instruction, and the study group was given systematic pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise guidance. Both groups were compared in terms of pelvic floor electrophysiological indexes(resting pressure, pelvic floor systolic pressure, duration of muscle contraction),severity of pelvic organ prolapse[pelvic organ prolapse quantification(POP-Q)]score,pelvic floor function impact score(degree of pelvic floor dysfunction, sexual life quality)and quality of life[36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)]score before and after the instruction, treatment effect, and incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction after treatment. Results After the instruction, the resting pressure and pelvic floor systolic pressure in both groups were greater than those before the instruction in this group, the duration of muscle contraction was longer than that before the instruction in this group, and the POP-Q score,PFIQ-7 score, and PISQ-12 score were lower than those before the instruction in this group;the study group had resting pressure of(44.45±5.11)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and pelvic floor systolic pressure of(47.07±3.01)mm Hg,which were greater than(40.75±4.22)and(41.16±2.02)mm Hg in the control group;the duration of muscle contraction of(3.31±0.63)s in the study group was longer than(2.72±0.54)s in the control group;the study group had POP-Q score of(0.81±0.13)points,PFIQ-7 score(43.61±4.41)points,and PISQ-12 score(8.36±1.26)points,which were lower than(1.48±0.25),(89.42±5.61),and(12.94±4.35)points in the control group(P<0.05).After the instruction, the quality of life score in both groups was improved compared with that before the instruction;the scores of overall health, mental health,role-emotional,role-physical,physical functioning and social functioning in the study group were(92.01±2.92),(95.53±3.86),(94.41±2.06),(94.47±3.36),(93.87±2.18)and(96.72±3.21)points,which were higher than(87.02±6.35),(89.47±5.97),(90.49±4.03),(89.99±4.58),(88.10±3.20)and(92.45±4.96)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 99.00%,which was higher than 90.00%in the control group;the incidence of pelvic floor disorders after treatment was 2.00%,which was lower than 11.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of systematic pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise in postpartum rehabilitation training can significantly improve the pelvic floor electrophysiological indexes of the patients, and after the instruction,it can reduce the severity of pelvic organ prolapse of the patients and the influence on the pelvic floor function, improve the quality of life of the patients, and have a positive improvement in the therapeutic effect, which can help to reduce the occurrence of the postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, and it has ideal effect.
