Exploring the impact of personalized rehabilitation exercises on the rehabilitation outcomes of postoperative patients with ankle fractures
Objective To analyze the impact of personalized rehabilitation exercises on the rehabilitation outcomes of postoperative patients with ankle fractures. Methods 60 patients with postoperative rehabilitation of ankle fractures were selected as the observation subjects.According to random number table, they were divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases).Patients in the observation group received personalized rehabilitation, while patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation training. The ankle joint function score, quality of life score and health belief score were compared between the two groups. Results After 15,30 and 45 d of intervention, the ankle joint function scores of observation group were(68.31±2.51),(78.11±3.06)and(85.63±2.74)points,which were higher than(66.09±2.48),(75.09±2.97)and(83.92±2.85)points in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 15,30 and 45 d of intervention, the quality of life scores of the observation group were(62.03±4.49),(70.24±3.86)and(75.31±3.90)points,which were higher than(58.62±3.91),(67.53±3.71)and(70.88±4.01)points of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 15,30 and 45 d of intervention, the health belief scores of the observation group were(43.02±7.11),(50.19±5.33)and(67.89±5.82)points,which were significantly higher than(38.61±6.98),(46.02±4.93)and(60.11±6.02)points of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized rehabilitation exercise for postoperative patients with ankle fractures can significantly improve ankle function, and enhance their quality of life and health beliefs, which is worth promoting.
