摘要
肛肠疾病是外科常见病,常见有痔疮、肛瘘、肛周脓肿等疾病.药物保守治疗欠佳或者频繁发作的患者需经手术治疗,但术后可能出现一系列的并发症,如伤口疼痛、水肿、坠胀、感染等,极大程度影响了患者的生活质量.近些年,中药熏洗疗法广泛应用于肛肠科疾病的治疗,疗效显著.本文通过查阅近几年中药熏洗疗法在肛肠科疾病方面的文献,整理研究结果,进行归纳总结,为更多人了解中药熏洗疗法在肛肠科疾病的研究提供参考,为中药熏洗疗法的开发利用提供科学依据.
Abstract
Anorectal disease is a common surgical disease,the most common are hemorrhoids,anal fistula,perianal abscess,etc.Patients with poor conservative treatment or frequent attacks need surgical treatment,but a series of postoperative complications may occur,such as wound pain,edema,swelling,infection,etc.,which greatly affect the quality of life of patients.In recent years,Chinese herbal fumigation and washing is widely used in the treatment of anorectal diseases,with remarkable efficacy.This paper reviews the literature on Chinese herbal fumigation and washing in anorectal diseases in recent years,summarizes the research results,and provided reference for more people to understand the research of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing in anorectal diseases,and provides scientific basis for the development and utilization of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing.
