摘要
目的 分析银杏叶片联合厄贝沙坦片辅助治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)患者的疗效.方法 88 例老年ISH患者,按照投掷硬币法分为Ⅱ组(44 例,厄贝沙坦片治疗)与Ⅰ组(44 例,厄贝沙坦片配合银杏叶片治疗).对比两组临床疗效、血压、血压变异性水平、血清炎症因子水平、肾功能指标、不良反应发生情况及生活质量.结果 与Ⅱ组(81.82%)对比,Ⅰ组总有效率(95.45%)更高(P<0.05).治疗后 6 个月,与Ⅱ组对比,Ⅰ组收缩压(SBP)、24 h平均收缩压(24 h SBP)、24 h收缩压变异(24 h SSD)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、肌酐、尿微量蛋白、胱抑素C水平更低,肌酐清除率、肾小球滤过率、健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分更高(P<0.05).Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组不良反应发生率分别为 4.55%、9.09%,组间对比无显著差异(P>0.05).结论 在老年ISH患者中实施银杏叶片联合厄贝沙坦片辅助治疗,降压效果明显,可明显改善患者血管内皮功能及肾功能,提高生活质量,安全可靠.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of ginkgo tablets combined with irbesartan tablets in adjuvant treatment of elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension(ISH).Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with ISH were divided into Group Ⅱ(44 cases,treated with irbesartan tablets)and Group Ⅰ(44 cases,treated with irbesartan tablets combined with ginkgo tablets)according to the coin-tossing method.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,levels of blood pressure and blood pressure variability,serum inflammatory factor levels,renal function indicators,occurrence of adverse reactions and quality of life.Results Compared with Group Ⅱ(81.82%),the total effective rate of Group Ⅰ(95.45%)was higher(P<0.05).6 months after treatment,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),24-h systolic blood pressure(24 h SBP),and 24-h systolic blood pressure standard deviation(24 h SSD),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),creatinine,urinary microalbuminuria,and cystatin C in Group Ⅰwere lower,and the creatinine clearance rate,glomerular filtration rate and 36-Item Short-Form Healthy Survey(SF-36)score were higher compared with Group Ⅱ(P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions in Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ were 4.55%and 9.09%respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of ginkgo tablets combined with irbesartan tablets in elderly patients with ISH has a significant antihypertensive effect,and can significantly improve the vascular endothelial function and renal function of patients,enhance the quality of life,and is safe and reliable.
