Evaluation of the application effect of AIDET communication mode combined with acceptance commitment therapy in children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
Objective To explore the impact of AIDET communication mode combined with acceptance commitment therapy on children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods Sixty two children who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at a tertiary children's specialized hospital in Beijing from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.32 children who underwent transplantation from January 2021 to December 2021 were used as the control group,and 32 children who underwent transplantation from January 2022 to December 2022 were used as the observation group.The control group received routine psychological care and education,while the observation group received intervention using AIDET communication mode combined with acceptance commitment therapy.Compare the levels of anxiety,treatment compliance,and parental satisfaction between the two groups before and after 6 weeks of intervention.Results After the intervention,the anxiety levels of both groups were lower than before the intervention,and the anxiety level score of the observation group was lower than that of the intervention group(P＜0.05);The level of treatment compliance in both groups was higher than before intervention,and the observation group had higher treatment compliance than the control group(P＜0.05);The satisfaction level of parents in both groups was higher than before the intervention.Conclusions The combination of AIDET communication mode and acceptance commitment therapy can improve the anxiety and depression levels of children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,reduce their anxiety and depression levels,improve their treatment compliance.It is worth promoting and learning from in clinical practice.
