Objective To analyze the clinical features and diagnosis and treatment of medium and large infant hemangioma(IH)in order to provide clinical reference.Methods From February 2018 to February 2022,5 children with IH were selected from the neonatology Department of Huanggang Central Hospital.The clinical features,treatment and response were analyzed retrospectively.Results Cases 1 and 5 patients with Kasabach-Merritt Phenomenon were treated with propranolol combined with glucocorticoids,vincristine and sirolimus.Cases 2 and 4 were combined with cardiac dysfunction,and case 2 was treated with propranolol combined with glucocorticoids,vincristine,and sirolimus.Case 4 abandoned treatment on the third day and died on the same day.Case 3 was treated with Sirolimus.Follow-up:4 of the 5 children survived,and compared with children of the same age,their height,weight and organ function were all in good condition.Conclusions For medium and large IH,Sirolimus combined with hormone and vincristine for short term,the efficacy is safe and well tolerated.
