心房颤动心肌纤维化的分子机制研究进展

心房颤动(房颤)发病机制复杂且有个体差异,心肌纤维化通过参与心脏结构重构和电重构对房颤的发生、复发、并发症及治疗产生重要影响.研究表明,心肌纤维化涉及广泛的神经体液调节和复杂的分子相互作用,并受多条信号通路调控,有望成为房颤的有效干预靶点.本文就目前房颤心肌纤维化的细胞内、外分子机制进行阐述,旨在为房颤的预防和治疗提供新思路.
Research Advances in Molecular Mechanism of Cardiac Fibrosis Related to Atrial Fibrillation
The pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation is complex and individualized.Cardiac fibrosis plays an important role in the occurrence,recurrence,complications,and treatment of atrial fibrillation by participating in cardiac structural and electrical remodeling.Studies have shown that cardiac fibrosis is associated with extensive neurohumoral regulation and complicated molecular interactions and is regulated by multiple signal pathways.Therefore,cardiac fibrosis is expected to be an effective and promising intervention target for atrial fibrillation.This review article summarizes the current intracellular and extracellular molecular mechanisms of cardiac fibrosis in atrial fibrillation aiming to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation.
