高精料饲粮条件下添加苦豆子生物碱对杜蒙羔羊生长性能和血清生化指标的影响

[目的]本试验旨在探究高精料饲粮中添加苦豆子生物碱对杜蒙羔羊生长性能和血液指标的影响。[方法]试验选用32只体重(25。76±2。35)kg的杜蒙羔羊,随机分成4组,每组8只。各试验组基础饲粮相同,均为精粗比7∶3的高精料饲粮,其中对照组饲喂基础饲粮;I组添加0。2%苦豆子;Ⅱ组添加0。121 g/kg苦豆子生物碱(低剂量碱组);Ⅲ组添加0。169 g/kg苦豆子生物碱(高剂量碱组)。预饲期为15 d,正式试验期60 d,试验羔羊单笼饲养,自由采食。试验期间统计每只羊每天的采食量,在正式试验第0、30、60天对试验羔羊空腹称重,计算生长性能指标;试验第60天羔羊称重后颈静脉采血,测定血清生化指标。[结果]试验0~30 d,Ⅰ和Ⅱ组羔羊平均日增重显著高于对照组和Ⅲ组(P<0。05);试验30~60 d,Ⅱ组羔羊平均日增重和日采食量显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0。05);试验0~60 d,Ⅱ组羔羊平均日增重显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0。05)。试验第60天,与Ⅲ组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组羔羊血清谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著降低(P<0。05);Ⅱ组羔羊血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)含量显著升高(P<0。05);与对照组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组羔羊血清葡萄糖(GLU)含量均显著降低(P<0。05),Ⅱ组羔羊血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量极显著升高(P<0。01),且Ⅱ组血清IgA含量显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0。05)。[结论]本试验条件下,高精料饲粮中添加0。121 g/kg苦豆子生物碱可提高杜蒙羔羊的生长性能、缓解肝脏损伤、降低血糖以及调节体液免疫功能。
Effects of Alkaloids from Sophora alopecuroides on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Indexes of Dumeng Lambs Fed with High Concentrate Diet
[Objective]This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Sophora alopecuroides alkaloids on growth performance and blood indexes of Dumeng lambs fed with high-concentrate diet.[Method]Thirty-two Dumeng lambs with body weight of(25.76±2.35)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 lambs in each group.The basal diet of each experimental group was the same,which was a high-concentrate diet with a concentrate to forage ratio of 7∶3,and the lambs in control group were fed with the basal diet.The lambs in group Ⅰwere fed with the diet added 0.2%Sophora alopecuroides,in group Ⅱ were fed with the diet supplemented with 0.121 g/kg Sophora alopecuroides alkaloids(low-dose alkali group),and in group Ⅲ were fed with the diet suplemented with 0.169 g/kg Sophora alopecuroides alkaloids(high-dose alkali group).The pre-feeding period was 15 days,and the feeding period was 60 days.The lambs were fed in a single cage and fed ad libitum.During the experiment,the daily feed intake of each sheep was recorded.The lambs were weighed with an empty stomach on days 0,30 and 60 of the experiment to calculate growth performance indicators.After weighing on the 60th day,blood was collected from the jugular vein of the lambs for measurement of serum biochemical index.[Result]The average daily gain of lambs in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly higher than that in control group and group Ⅲ from 0 to 30 d(P<0.05).From 30 to 60 d,the average daily gain and daily feed intake of lambs in group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅲ(P<0.05).From 0 to 60 d,the average daily gain of lambs in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅲ(P<0.05).On the 60 th day of the experiment,compared with group Ⅲ,the activities of serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the contents of total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)in serum of lambs in group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the serum glucose(GLU)contents of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the content of serum immunoglobulin M(IgM)in group Ⅱwas extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the content of serum IgA in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group m(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The addition of 0.121 g/kg Sophora alopecuroides alkaloids under high-concentrate diet could improve the growth performance of Dumeng lambs,alleviate liver damage,reduce GLU content and regulate humoral immune function.
