摘要
对热压/热变形钕铁硼磁体的制备技术进行综述,对热压/热变形钕铁硼块体和反挤压钕铁硼磁环不均匀性的成因和特点、高性能热压/热变形钕铁硼磁体的制备技术、热压钕铁硼磁环的特点和分类以及反挤压钕铁硼磁环制备过程中裂纹产生的原因、解决方案以及粘模润滑等问题进行了阐述,并对钕铁硼磁环制备关键技术的前景进行了展望.
Abstract
This paper mainly reviews the preparation technologies of hot-pressed/hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B magnets.The inhomogeneity causes and characteristics of hot-pressed/hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B bulks and backward extruded Nd-Fe-B rings,the preparation technologies of high performance hot-pressed/hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B magnets,the characteristics and classification of hot-pressing Nd-Fe-B rings,the crack causes,solutions,die sticking and lubrication of backward extruded Nd-Fe-B rings are elaborated.In addition,the perspectives for the critical preparation technologies of Nd-Fe-B magnetic rings are prospected.
