摘要

钪资源在中国大量存在,目前含钪矿物类型已确定超过800种.钪及其化合物性质优异,在新型材料、航空航天以及国防军事等多种现代高精尖端科技领域应用广泛.但大部分钪是伴生在矿物之中的,存在提炼难度系数大且工序繁琐.对钪的资源概况和用途进行了总结,将含钪物料分为原矿、工业废渣及工业废液三种类型,并以此综述了钪的提炼方法和实例.根据提钪工艺技术的现状和进展提出选矿-冶金联合法是今后提炼钪主要发展方向,湿法冶金工艺要寻找高效浸出剂,提高浸出率和降低成本,并进一步寻找含钪资源及更有效提炼钪方法,在提钪的同时回收其他高价值物质,延长产业链,努力发展钪的深加工,提高产品附加值.

Abstract

Scandium resources exist extensively in China.At present,more than 800 types of scandium-contain-ing minerals have been identified.Scandium and its compounds have excellent properties,and are widely used in various modern,sophisticated scientific and technological fields of new materials,aerospace,national de-fense and military affairs.However,most of scandium is associated with minerals,which is difficult and compli-cated.The resource situation and use of scandium are summarized,the scandium-containing materials are divid-ed into three types:raw ore,industrial waste residue and industrial waste liquid,and the refining methods and examples of scandium are summarized.Based on the current status and progress of scandium extraction technolo-gy,it is proposed that the mineral processing metallurgical combined method is the main development direction for scandium extraction in the future,the hydrometallurgy process is found to effectively,improve leaching rate and reduce costs.And we further look for scandium resources and more effective refining scandium method,in scandium while recycling other high value.
