稀土元素以其高效性得到极大关注,Ce作为地壳中含量最多的稀土元素,加入Al合金可极大地细化晶粒,同时生成Al11Ce3第二相,起到第二相强化的作用,极大改善Al合金的硬度、强度、耐高温性、导电性等,这些特殊的性能使Al-Ce合金在长距离高架电缆、航天燃料低温贮箱、军用飞机内部零件、现代化轻量化汽车机身等领域实现应用.基于此,本文系统总结了国内外在Ce元素对不同Al合金体系的铸造性、微观组织和性能等方面的研究成果,并对其应用前景进行了展望.
Effect of Cerium on Microstructure and Properties of Aluminum Alloys
Rare earth elements have received great attention due to their high efficiency.As the most abundant rare earth element in the crust,Ce can greatly refine the grains by adding Al alloy,and at the same time,Al11Ce3 second phase can be generated,which plays a role in strengthening the second phase and greatly improv-ing the hardness,strength,high temperature resistance,conductivity,etc.These special properties enable Al-Ce alloy to be used in long-distance overhead cables,low-temperature storage tanks for aerospace fuel,internal parts of military aircraft modern lightweight automobile body and other fields.Based on this,this paper systemat-ically summarizes the research results of the cast ability,microstructure and properties of Ce on different Al al-loy systems at home and abroad,and looks forward to its application prospects.
