摘要
采用固相合成法制备了(Sm1-xErx)2(Zr0.7Ti0.3)2O7(x=0,0.2,0.4)陶瓷材料,研究其物相结构及热物理性能.结果表明:(Sm1-xErx)2(Zr0.7Ti0.3)2O7(x=0,0.2,0.4)陶瓷材料均为单一立方烧绿石结构,晶格常数随Er3+掺杂量的增加而降低.掺杂Er2O3可显著降低Sm2(Zr0.7Ti03)2O7陶瓷材料的热导率,屏蔽热辐射,减缓高温下热导率异常上升的趋势.Er3+部分取代Sm3+导致陶瓷材料的热膨胀系数从11.52 K-1降低到10.89 K-1,但仍与YSZ陶瓷材料的热膨胀系数接近,满足热障涂层材料的应用要求.
Abstract
In this work,the(Sm1-xErx)2(Zr0.7Ti03)2O7(x=0,0.2,0.4)ceramics were prepared by a solid reac-tion method,and their phase structures and thermophysical properties were studied.The results indicate that(Sm1-xErx)2(Zr07Ti0.3)2O7 ceramics are composed of the single pyrochlore structure,the lattice constant decreases with the increase of Er3+doping amount.The introduction of Er2O3 can significantly reduce the thermal conductiv-ity of Sm2(Zr0.7Ti0.3)2O7 ceramic,and Er2O3 can shield thermal radiation and slow down the trend of abnormal in-crease of thermal conductivity at high temperature.The partial substitution of Er3+for Sm3+results in a decreased thermal expansion coefficient,which is reduced from 11.52 to 10.89 K-1.However,the thermal expansion coeffi-cients of(Sm1-xErx)2(Zr0.7Ti0.3)2O7 ceramics are still close to that of YSZ ceramics,meeting the application re-quirements of thermal barrier coatings.
