摘要
稀土掺杂的橄榄石型磷酸盐LiMgPO4被认为是一种具有优异性能的新型剂量学材料,适用于热释光(TL)测量.使用高温固相反应法合成一种新型的LiMgPO4∶Tm3+,Er3+磷光体.详细研究了 β射线照射 下样品的TL特性、荧光光谱(PL)和热释光三维光谱(TL3D).结果表明,样品在120C和300℃有两个TL发射峰,高温峰的强度明显比低温峰高,这有利于样品TL信号的稳定性.该材料也表现出较强的光释光信号.同时,LiMgPO4∶Tm3+,Er3+磷光粉的TL信号具有良好的可重复性.由TL3D光谱可知,LiMgPO4∶Tm3+,Er3+具有简单的发光峰形,对比Tm单掺磷光体的发光,掺入Er3+使高温峰的强度变强,同时抑制了低温浅陷阱的形成.在0.2~200 Gy的剂量范围内,该材料有很好的线性剂量响应.因此,LiMgPO4∶Tm3+,Er3+磷光体可用于辐射剂量测量.
Abstract
The rare earth doped olivine phosphate LiMgPO4 is considered as a new dosimetric material with ex-cellent properties for thermoluminescence(TL)measurement.A new LiMgPO4∶Tm3+,Er3+phosphor was synthe-sized by high temperature solid state reaction method.The TL properties,photoluminescence(PL)and thermo-luminescence three-dimensional spectra(TL3D)of the samples under β-ray irradiationwere studied in detail.The results show that there are two TL emission peaks at 120 ℃ and 300 ℃,and the intensity of the high tem-perature peak is significantly higher than that of the low temperature peak,which is conducive to the stability of the TL signal.The material also exhibits a strong luminescent signal.At the same time,the TL signal of LiMgPO4∶Tm3+,Er3+phosphorescent powder has good repeatability.According to TL3D spectrum,LiMgPO4∶Tm3+,Er3+have simple luminescence peak shape.Compared with the luminescence of Tm single-doped phos-phor,the addition of Er3+makes the intensity of high temperature peak stronger and inhibits the formation of low temperature shallow trap.In the dose range of 0.2-200 Gy,the material has a good linear dose response.There-fore,LiMgPO4∶Tm3+,Er3+phosphor can be used for radiation dose measurement.
