摘要

氢化-歧化-脱氢-再复合(HDDR)工艺是制备各向异性NdFeB磁粉的最佳方法.HDDR各向异性NdFeB磁粉凭借其卓越的磁性能和性价比在粘结永磁材料领域的高端应用场景中逐步打开市场.此外,HDDR工艺技术在低重稀土高矫顽力烧结NdFeB磁体、热压NdFeB磁体、钐铁氮磁粉的制备以及烧结NdFeB废旧磁体的回收再利用等方面具有潜在的重要应用价值.因此,HDDR各向异性NdFeB磁粉及其相关技术引起了广泛关注,目前已成为稀土永磁行业的研究热点之一.HDDR各向异性NdFeB磁粉在日本早已成功量产和规模化应用,但在中国其产业化至今难言成功.网顾总结了近20年以来HDDR法各向异性NdFeB磁粉的制备工艺研究进展、各向异性形成机理、主要应用领域、产业化现状及存在的主要问题,并对其未来的发展趋势进行了展望.

Abstract

HDDR technology is the best way to prepare anisotropic Nd-Fe-B magnetic powders.HDDR anisotro-pic Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder gradually expands its market share in high-end application scenarios of bonded permanent magnet materials by virtue of its excellent magnetic properties and cost performance.In addition,HDDR technology has potential important application value in the preparation of low weight rare earth high coercivity sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets,hot pressed Nd-Fe-B magnets,Sm-Fe-N magnetic powders and recycling of sintered Nd-Fe-B waste magnets.Therefore,HDDR anisotropic NdFeB magnetic powders and related technologies have attracted wide attention,and have become one of the research hotspots in the rare earth permanent magnet in-dustry.HDDR anisotropic NdFeB magnetic powders have been successful in mass production and large-scale ap-plication in Japan,but its industrialization has not been successful in China so far.In this paper,the technologi-cal process,anisotropy formation mechanism,main application fields and industrialization status of the prepara-tion of anisotropic NdFeB magnetic powders by HDDR method in the past 20 years are summarized,and its fu-ture development trend is prospected.
