钕铁硼废料资源化回收利用研究进展及双碳建议

钕铁硼废料含有大量的稀土、B及Fe等有价元素,资源化回收前景广阔,可有效改善稀土资源短缺、环境污染和资源浪费等问题,因此有必要对钕铁硼废料资源化回收利用做更加全面和系统的研究.以钕铁硼废料处置现状为着手点,详细解析了钕铁硼废料的传统回收技术、新型回收技术和高值化回收的研究进展,并总结了这些方法的优缺点.同时综述了钕铁硼废料不同回收工艺的环境影响,以及不同处置工艺与实现"双碳"目标之间的关系.最后,针对钕铁硼废料资源化面临的挑战和发展趋势,对钕铁硼行业发展提出儿点政策建议.以上研究,以期在钕铁硼废料的资源化回收工艺及稀土产业发展上提供指导及帮助.
Research Progress of NdFeB Scrap Resource Utilization and"Dual Carbon"Proposal
NdFeB scrap contains a large number of valuable elements such as rare earth elements,B and Fe.Therefore,NdFeB scrap has a great prospect of resource recovery,which can effectively improve the situation of rare earth resource shortage,environmental pollution,and resource waste.In this paper,the current situation of NdFeB scrap disposal is taken as the initial point.The research progress of traditional recycling technology,new recycling technology,and high-value recycling of NdFeB scrap is discussed in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are summarized.In addition,the environmental impact of different recycling pro-cesses of NdFeB scrap and the relationship between different disposal processes and the goal of"Dual Carbon"are reviewed.Finally,given the challenges and development trend of NdFeB scrap resourcization,several poli-cies are proposed for the development of the NdFeB industry.The above research is expected to provide guid-ance and help in the resourceful recovery process of NdFeB scrap and the development of the rare earth industry.
