矿物型稀土捕收剂及其机制研究进展

稀土元素的高效回收及综合利用一直是稀土选矿的重点,其中泡沫浮选是最重要的方法.而新型捕收剂的开发与利也用是稀土浮选研究的热点领域.本文从分子结构、官能团特性、与矿物的作用机制等方面对国内外矿物型稀土浮选捕收剂进行了阐述,进一步总结了其浮选性能.此外,综述了近儿年来新型捕收剂合成思路及研究进展,并对未来稀土浮选捕收剂的研究进行了展望.
Research Progress of Collectors and Flotation Mechanism for Rare Earth Mineral
The effective recovery and comprehensive utilization of rare earth elements have been a research fo-cus of rare earth beneficiation,of which foam flotation is the most widely used method.One of the hottest areas of study in rare earth flotation is the development and utilization of new-type collectors.In this paper,mineral-type rare earth flotation collectors around the world are described from the aspects of molecular structure,func-tional group characteristics,mechanism of interaction with minerals,and their flotation performance is further summarized.Furthermore,the current synthesis and research development of novel collectors are reviewed,as is the future study of rare earth flotation collectors.
